Fall Product Program
Everyone knows we sell cookies in the winter, but did you know we also sell goodies in the fall? By participating in the Fall Product Program, your Girl Scouts can start earning funds near the beginning of the membership year without having to wait for the cookie program! They'll be eligible for sweet rewards and exclusive program opportunities, and they'll get to practice five skills that will last a lifetime: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Girls can safely participate online by creating their own M2 digital storefront where they can upload photos, video, and even create their custom avatar! The Fall Product Program, which runs Sept. 12-Nov. 10, is fun, low stakes, and can be completely paperless! Check out the resources below for everything you need to get started.

Resources for Families
To sign up for the Fall Product Program, first check in with your girl’s troop leader to see if the troop is participating. Then complete the online Parent/Guardian Permission Form. The program kicks off Sept. 12, with product delivery running from the last week of October through the second week of November.
How the Program Works
- In person by taking orders using the nut order card and collecting payments.
- Online by inviting friends and family to place an order. Customers can choose to have nuts, chocolates, or magazines shipped directly to them, or they can select from a group of nut and chocolate products that girls can deliver.
- Go solo. Individual Girl Scouts (also known as Juliettes) who may not be part of a troop or a Girl Scout whose troop is not taking part in the Fall Product Program can still participate and earn cool rewards!

Fall Product Rewards
The 2024 Fall Product Program theme is “Embrace Possibility,” and our mascot is the Asian Elephant! The lineup of awesome rewards that girls can earn by participating in the program will be coming soon!
Project Thank You
For those customers who may not want to purchase nuts or candy for themselves, the Project Thank You donation program is a perfect solution! Customers simply pay $7 and GSSJC will donate an item to Operation Gratitude supporting our military men and women. Last year, our council donated more than 6,108 items!
To participate, a customer simply pays the funds and marks "Project Thank You " on the order card or in the online storefront.
When a girl collects six (6) donations, she'll earn the Care to Share patch!
Product Pick Up
The troop fall product manager will let you know the date/time and location to pick up the girl-delivered nut and candy items sold by your Girl Scout.
- Count the items with your troop fall product manager and sign a receipt showing the total of items ordered, picked up, and the amount due.
- Loose cans/packages of chocolate items should be shaken gently to verify that none are melted.
- Do not accept product that you believe is melted. *Melted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Transport in a climate-controlled vehicle (72 degrees) to prevent melting of chocolate products. Transport immediately to a climate-controlled location. Southeast Texas temperatures can be brutal for chocolates.
- The damaged item should be returned to your troop fall product manager.
Deliver Products to Customers
- Use the order card and the online Girl Delivered Order Report to deliver to customers.
- Call ahead to make sure the customer knows the amount due.
- Set a convenient time for delivery.
- Write thank you cards to customers.

Resources for Volunteers
The Fall Product Program gives troops the opportunity to offer candy, nuts, and magazines to raise proceeds that help fund their next adventure. Girls also learn important life skills like goal setting and money management, and they can earn fun rewards too! Girls can sell in person to their friends or family or ask through the M2 secure online system for the program.
Be sure that your troop has a designated troop fall product manager! This person will be the volunteer in charge of the program for the girls. They need to be registered as a troop fall product manager for the 2024-2025 year and complete the Troop Fall Product Position Description form on the Volunteer Onboarding site. Log in using your myGS account information.
Beside Manager Position Description Form, click “View Form.” This agreement form must be completed before access can be granted to M2, the online system you will use to manage the Fall Product Program.
Connect with your Community fall product manager to pick up your program materials.
Visit the Important Dates and Deadlines section to help you complete your tasks on time.
